At GoGo Gear, we want to make sure you have the best fitting jacket so we encourage you to email or call us if you have any question about sizing. As every woman has a different shape and size, the standard size chart that every company has doesn't adequately address how women's bodies are different. As such, we'd be delighted to talk with you about the sizing of our jackets to help you select the size that is best for you. Unfortunately, sometimes you will receive the jacket and find that it's either a little bit big or a little bit small and need to exchange the jacket. For any returns involving exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new size to you after you have sent the jacket back to us. All other shipping costs would be covered by you including those returns for refund.
