As such, we'd be delighted to talk with you about the sizing of our jackets to help you select the size that is best for you. Unfortunately, sometimes you will receive the jacket and find that it's either a little bit big or a little bit small and need to exchange the jacket. For any returns involving exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new size to you after you have sent the jacket back to us. All other shipping costs would be covered by you including those returns for refund.     I finally opened my box today and tried on my jacket….. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It is the most awesome cycle jacket ever! My husband was even admiring the work(wo)manship and the safety features. The fit is just perfect (thanks for the zipper! which makes the fit even more fantastic) and the arms are super comfortable! I also love the cut of the jacket and looking like a woman than a boxy-square. I am looking forward to taking it out for a test ride. :-) I'm sure I will be loving it even more after that.

    Thank you so much for all the effort you put in to helping fix my 'wonky' sleeve. I appreciate your personalized customer service and the kindness of your spirit. I will be posting on your website to tell everyone how fabulous your jacket and hoodie is, how awesome you are, and that I have my future purchases planned out already (vented jacket for the summer, red hoodie to match my bike, jacket for hubby...)! I am just so thrilled to have found a cycle jacket that is everything and then some. :-)

    Ok, I know I already wrote a review, I love the jacket. I love the fit. I love the service and the help Arlene gave me when I wrote regarding the size.

    BUT
    most and more importantly here, I am writing a review I was hoping never to have to write.

    Yesterday morning during my commute I got hit by a truck. Not a small truck, a real, commercial, tall and heavy, truck. I was in the turn lane, he was not, .. he decided that was where he wanted to be, didn't see me, turned into me, and boom... there I was testing the jacket.

    It tore the arm. ripped some stitching, scuffed and tore the reflective cuff. I got up, took his info, and was able to actually ride away. I got to work, and got home, and then inspected the jacket. If not for that fantastic jacket, that fantastic armor.. I would be in much, much worse shape.

    THANK YOU, and thank the wee little fates for making sure that if I had to go through that I did it with safety, I walked away, and I did it with style. (had to add the last bit because the jacket is still fabulous even with the damage)

    Sorry to ramble, but I felt it was important to share. Honestly, with out that jacket, with out the slide on the road of the fabric, I would have been under his wheels. With out the armor, I would have broken at the very least my arm, probably more.

    Just returned from a Vespa ride wearing my new GoGo Trench (45-degrees in Michigan). LOVE IT!!!! I didn't know it would be possible to get a svelte armored jacket but that is exactly what I got! There are no drafts, thanks to thumbholes & cinch belt at the wrists, lovely material, the bottom does not ride up. Most of all, I just love that it is a scooter jacket, as in urban commuter wear, not a biker jacket. And Arlene, you have got Serious Customer Service Skillz! Thanks so much!! 5 out of 5 don't hesitate to order!!

    The jacket arrived today; tommorow will be my first opportunity to wear it on the road. I love the look and feel of the fabric and the weight of the armor. I cannot wait to get out on the road and be seen.

    Arlene worked with me to get the jacket in my size. Searched until she found one and shipped it out. Thanks for going the extra mile. I can't wait to see your GoGo Guys collection. Hubby is looking forward to seeing it also.

    Hi Arlene,

    I just wanted to tell you that I received the jacket and ABSOLUTELY love it! The size 4 fits perfectly- it's just what I was looking for and fits like a glove. I ride an 07 GSXR 600 and as a petite 5'2" woman, I've had a really hard time finding riding jackets that have a feminine fit and proper protection. This jacket has excellent protection, especially in the back which is where many women's gear manufacturers skimp with flabby thin foam pads. Plus, the versatility it provides in that it is so stylish on the bike yet still looks absolutely fabulous when off the bike is priceless! You guys did a great job on this jacket. Thank you!:)

    Hi Arlene, I just wanted to say that I have received my grey Trench, and it is lovely. The material is really special! And boy is it warm! I have no idea where the insulation effects come from because it's so light, unlike normal wool jackets. The size 4 really fits perfectly, thank you for spending so much time on answering my questions regarding this! Thanks ever so much!!! I wore it home the evening i picked it up, and it was at least 9C outside. Didn't use a layer inside because it was warm enough! In the middle of winter, a wool sweater inside would be more than enough.

I have no idea where the insulation effects come from because it's so light, unlike normal wool jackets.
