As every woman has a different shape and size, the standard size chart that every company has doesn't adequately address how women's bodies are different. Unfortunately, sometimes you will receive the jacket and find that it's either a little bit big or a little bit small and need to exchange the jacket. For any returns involving exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new size to you after you have sent the jacket back to us. All other shipping costs would be covered by you including those returns for refund. How's THAT for quality construction?!

I love my existing Trench and after wearing it for 2 years,it has stood the test of time. I love it and I love the look. The wind cuffs are the best thing out there, the material and the buttons ( I have one of the earliest versions, no zipper) have not changed an iota! How is that for quality construction!

Was riding in an event today and this was a windy day with temps ranging from 40-55F; the jacket (with a liner in it in the a.m.) performed beautifully :)) THANK YOU for making such a wonderful jacket!!

Hi Arlene, my beautiful coat arrived yesterday... The fabric is luxurious and the craftsmanship is top notch! I spent the night debating whether to request next size up, but decided that it is okay now and will be better when I drop a few lbs I need to lose anyway!! Thanks for all your help!

My jacket just arrived, and it fits beautifully, and I have just held a fashion show with the girls at work - who couldn't believe it was a scooter/motorcycle jacket.

Received mine yesterday... Fabric and craftsmanship absolutely outstanding. Arlene was so helpful in selecting the right coat for my size and height - unheard of level of customer service. I would wear this even if I didn't need the armor. For the value, any woman who rides needs AT LEAST ONE GoGo Gear coat in her wardrobe! Arlene, thank you, thank you.... You GoGo Girl!!!

Wow! I am so impressed with this jacket. It's incredibly stylish, warm, water repellent and reflective. When I picked it up out of the box--the armor almost made it stand up by itself--yet the jacket is extremely comfortable to wear. This is a must buy for anyone who wants to be protected on the road--and look good doing it. I bought it two sizes larger than my regular size. One size larger due to the European cut and another to allow layering. It fits perfectly! Thank you GoGo Girls!

I received my FANTASTIC black trench coat today via UPS. It is gorgeous, well-made, and absolutely stunning. The fabric, the quality, the lines....everything is perfect, it is obvious to me just how much thought, craft, and energy have gone into producing that garment!

The BEST FITTING riding jacket!

So I had to get to work REALLY early this morning, and it was super-duper cold. Fall has fallen, indeed! In my half-asleep daze, I started to pile on my layers muttering to myself, "I wish I had a nice warm riding jacket...." O YEAH, I do. I got my black Trench from y'all a while back, when it was still summertime. I'v...e been riding without gear for SO LONG, I got used to it...SHEESH! So I slipped on the BEST-FITTING riding jacket, and happily (and SAFELY) rode my Stella scooter to work. THANK YOU, GOGO GEAR!

i think my favorite feature was the surprise i got when i was modeling it for my husband and i found THUMB HOLES!!!!!! The outside pockets are in the perfect place, and the interior zip to keep everything in place and the sassy reversible belt and I could go on for DAYS!

I just received my jacket in the mail. First of all, it fits PERFECTLY! And second of all its GORGE!!! I can actually go out and ride my scooter when I'm going out and feel like i'm wearing a "normal" jacket when I get to wherever I'm going! Thank you!!!
