REFUND POLICY

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

It is always our goal to have you happy with your purchase of  GoGoGear products. We recognize, however, that there will be times when a product just doesn't work for you OR there could be a problem with it or you need to return it for a different size. We are pleased to assist you with this return,  under the following conditions:

1. All merchandize must be returned in the original packing materials with all hangtags and labels intact and with the return authorization documentation firmly attached to the outside of the package. Items without return authorization forms will be subject to a restocking fee.

2. Merchandise must be in a new, unworn condition.

3. We do not refund your original shipping costs, if any were paid.  GoGoGear will sometimes offer free or discounted shipping promotions.  If merchandise is returned for a refund, GoGoGear will refund the purchase price paid less the original shipping cost.

4.  All returns/exchanges must be initiated and received within 30 days of the delivery date.

5. Please note, due to the high number of exchanges requested GoGoGear will pay discounted shipping on the initial purchase only, if offered. The shipping cost of the return and the shipping cost of an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.  GoGoGear will assess any additional fees prior to shipping an exchange. PLEASE SELECT YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY. If in doubt, just email us at: desireeE@scooter-girls.com.  Our objective is to get you the correct size the first time.

6. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:

Notify us via email at: desireeE@scooter-girls.com

You will be sent a return authorization number via email from either GoGoGear or our fulfillment center.  Please check your spam mail if you do not receive it within 24 hours.

The RMA label/document should be attached to the outside package.

Send the package back to the address on the RMA label with postage paid.

As soon as the returned merchandise is recorded into our inventory, your exchange item will be shipped, or in the case of a return for refund, your refund will be processed.

We respectfully ask that you not argue with us about your returns. We are a VERY small company and do our very best to ensure that we provide you with the best product possible.  We  respect that you might not want to keep the item you purchased and will gladly accept it back per the terms listed above.  We always  hope that in the future, we will have you as a customer again.  Thank you.
